BSU Graduates surpass national licensure exam rates

          The Graduate School listed a 100% passing rate during the September 2010 Guidance Counselor Licensure Examination. The passers are Jocelyn K. Japson and Aloha A. Songday. Prof. Wilfredo B. Mina also noted that two BSU reviewees passed the exam, they are Marco Publico, guidance counsellor of Berkeley School in Baguio City and Laarni Tolentino, a psychometrician at the Tarlac State University. Prof. Mina is the coordinator of the BSU Guidance Counselling Enhancement Seminar.

         Meanwhile, the College of Engineering and Applied Technology fared well during the August 2010 Agricultural Engineer Licensure Exam with a passing rate of 45.45% surpassing the national passing rate of 44.84%.

          The College of Nursing lived up to its reputation of being one of the top performing nursing schools in the country during the July 2010 Nurse Licensure Examination. With a passing rate of 96.97%, BSU ranked 8th place among the nursing schools with 100 and more examinees.
